Capstone Project
This portfolio highlights my academic and professional journey, integrating reflective practice, nursing education, and leadership. Revisiting past paper portfolios reaffirmed their value in tracking growth and inspired me to create this digital version. Though not having been in a teaching role the past few years, this process has deepened my reflection on education and leadership and I am looking forward to working with students again and refining my teaching practice.
The portfolio includes artefacts from my MAIS studies and my work as an educator, showcasing interdisciplinary connections between nursing, social theory, and humanities. Guided by research on reflective practice and critical thinking, it bridges theory and practice, illustrating my evolution as an educator and leader. This portfolio serves as both a learning tool and a foundation for my future in nursing education.
